At Kamtush, every product we sell is genuine, factory-fresh, and quality-checked before dispatch. This policy explains when returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations apply. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, read alongside our Terms & Conditions and manufacturer warranty terms.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by calling or WhatsApping us at +91 9266387474.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. It will be treated under the return conditions below.
• For prepaid cancelled orders, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received (DOA)

If your product arrives physically damaged, defective on arrival, or different from what you ordered:

• Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@kamtush.com or +91 9266387474.
• Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and speeds up approval significantly.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
• Claims raised after 48 hours or without supporting evidence may be declined or redirected to the manufacturer warranty process.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under manufacturer warranty:

• Batteries that have been installed, used, charged, or filled with electrolyte
• Inverters, UPS systems, or solar products that have been installed or commissioned
• Products with tampered serial numbers, missing warranty cards, or damaged packaging caused after delivery
• Products purchased under clearance or special B2B commercial terms, unless agreed in writing

This is standard practice for power backup products, as batteries begin degrading once activated and cannot be resold.

4. Performance Issues After Use

Backup time, charging behaviour, or performance concerns after installation and use are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, not this return policy. Kamtush will guide you through the brand's claim process (Amaron, Exide, Luminous, Microtek, or others as applicable) and assist with documentation. Warranty decisions, including repair, replacement, or pro-rata settlement, rest with the manufacturer as per their published terms.

5. Old Battery Exchange

• Exchange value offered at the time of order is provisional and is confirmed on physical inspection at delivery.
• If the old battery's type, weight, or condition does not match the details provided, the exchange value may be revised or refused at delivery. You may then pay the difference or decline the order before installation.
• Old batteries once exchanged and taken by our team cannot be returned or repurchased.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Bank processing may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer to the account details you provide.
• Shipping or installation charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified DOA case.

7. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

2. Share photos or video evidence as applicable.
3. Our team responds within 24 to 48 working hours with the next steps.
4. Approved pickups or replacements are scheduled at your registered address in serviceable areas.
